METNET Email Instructions
Initializing your account
- Go to www.metnet.edu
- Click on "E-mail Services"
- Click "Initialize Account"
- Click "Initialize Account" under step 2
- Read the MetNet E-mail Policy and click the appropriate button. Continue if you chose "I agree"
- Enter required information - Note: Password must contain letters and numbers and be between 6-8 characters long. Write down your "Username" as displayed.
If you experience any problems while attempting to initialize your account, you will need to go to the Normandale College Computer Center Help Desk. A picture ID is required. We will be happy to assist you, but can only do so in person and not over the phone.
Using your e-mail account
- Go to www.metnet.edu
- Click on "E-mail Services"
- Click on "E-mail Login"
- Enter your Username (four letters followed by four numbers) and Password
Always remember to "Logout" and close your browser when you are done.
