Refunds and Transfers Policies
- Advanced registration is encouraged for all programs and must be accompanied by payment or charge authorization. In most cases, enrollment is limited, so participants are encouraged to register early
- Refunds will be made only if Normandale is notified 4 full days prior to class start date
- Classes Changes or Cancellation: To cancel your registration, please call the Continuing Education office at (952)487-8343. You will be notified by email or telephone if your class is filled or cancelled. The college reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment; payment is then automatically refunded
- Advertised Discounts: To register for classes receiving a discount, call (952)487-8343, for Spring Forest Qigong discounts, call (952)487-8336
Spring Forest Qigong Refunds and Transfers:
Workshops: No Discounts for Spring Forest Qigong online registrations. Call (952)487-8336 for information.You may transfer or cancel your Spring Forest Qigong Seminar Registration anytime up to one week prior to a seminar. If you cancel at least one week prior, you will receive a 75% refund. No refunds or transfers thereafter. A 100% refund will be made if a workshop or seminar is canceled by Normandale CC. To cancel or transfer a Spring Forest Qigong workshop/seminar registration, please call (952) 487-8336 or email ncal@normandale.edu.
Retreat: No Discounts for Spring Forest Qigong online registrations. Call (952)487-8336 for Information. There is no transfer option for retreats. If you chose to cancel your retreat registration, you must cancel two weeks prior to the retreat begin date for a 75% refund. It you do not cancel two full weeks prior to the retreat start date, no refund will be granted. A 100% refund will be made if a workshop or seminar is canceled by Normandale CC.
