Mission Statement
The EAP Program supports Normandale Community College's mission of preparing students for full participation in the curriculum by meeting the unique and diverse needs of our non-native English speaking student population. The EAP Program immerses students in a multi-level intensive academic English program that is based on current research and is focused on language acquisition. The curriculm integrates reading, writing, listening ans speaking skills with appropriate level content work.
Our instructors are committed to teaching the skills that are essential to college success. We recognize and appreciate diverse learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and educational experiences.
